Mercury Studios is proud to announce the physical release of the acclaimed film about the late Ronnie James Dio, “Dio: Dreamers Never Die”. The film traces Ronnie James Dio’s career from a child growing up in upstate New York, singing in a doo-wop group, becoming the lead singer of Elf, Rainbow, & Black Sabbath (replacing Ozzy Osbourne). We then get a look into his forming the Dio band, and ultimately teaming back up with the Heaven & Hell-era Black Sabbath prior to his death from cancer in May of 2010. The Deluxe Edition will include Dreamers Never Die on DVD & Blu-ray, packaged in a 2-piece lift-off lid box, similar to our Black Sabbath “The End” deluxe edition from several years ago.
