By participating in our loyalty program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Who is the scheme open to?

  • The Hit Points Loyalty Scheme is open to all customers who have created an account on our website and are purchasing products for their own use.

  • We reserve the right to close the loyalty account of any person we believe to be purchasing for trade or reselling purposes. All awarded points will be cancelled

How do I earn points?

  • Hit Points are awarded once an order is shipped. There may be a short delay between the order shipping and the Hit Points being added to your account.

  • For a pre-orders product with future release date, the points will only be awarded at release once the the order has charged and shipped.

  • Hit Points may also be awarded for you performing other activities.

  • We reserve the right to adjust the number of points earned or redeemed for specific products or promotions.

What is the value of HIT Points?

  • Points can be redeemed for discounts on future purchases or other rewards
  • From time to time, we may offer other exclusive rewards to our loyalty scheme members.

What happens with cancelled or refunded orders?

  • Hit Points will not be awarded for any order that is cancelled and will be deducted for any order that is refunded.

How many Hit Points do I have?

Any other terms?

  • Points can only be redeemed on our website. Points cannot be redeemed in-store or on other platforms.
  • Points cannot be transferred between accounts.
  • Points will expire after 12 months of inactivity. Inactivity is defined as no purchases or redemptions made within the past 12 months.
  • Rewards are granted by way of vouchers. These vouchers will expire after 6 months (180 days).
  • We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Hit Points Loyalty Scheme at any time without prior notice.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or suspend any account that violates these terms and conditions or engages in fraudulent activity.
  • By participating in the Hit Points Loyalty Scheme, you consent to receive promotional emails and updates regarding the loyalty program.
  • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
