Refund policy
The Hit Returns Policy is valid for 14 days from receipt of your item.
Testing Returns
We test all returned items and reserve the right to return the product to you at your expense or charge a reasonable re-stocking fee if we cannot reproduce the fault on our equipment.
Faulty Items
If you receive an item that is faulty or damaged you may return it to us.
Items returned as faulty will be tested and if found faulty a replacement will be sent or a refund will be made.
If the item found to not to be faulty, we reserve the right to return the item to you at your cost, or charge a re-stocking fee.
If you receive a faulty item please contact our customer service team with your order details.
Duplicate or Incorrect Item
If you receive a duplicate item or an incorrect item sent to you as a result of our error, you may return it to us and we will provide a refund or replace the incorrect item with the correct one if stock is available. The replacement will be sent, or the refund made when we receive the returned item from you.

Unwanted Items
- Unwanted items can be returned to us up to 14 days after the date we send it to you.
- Unwanted items can only be returned to us if they are still sealed, unopened and unused. We cannot refund or exchange an opened or used item unless it is faulty.
- We will make a full refund to your original payment method when we receive the item.
- We will not reimburse any postage costs.
Items that cannot be returned
Most items bought from us can be returned, however, the nature and use of some items means that we cannot accept a return on them. Items that cannot be returned are detailed below:
- Specially ordered items or anything ordered on your behalf outside of our standard catalogue.
- Gift Vouchers and Gift Cards are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged for cash or anything else. They must be used to purchase items from the web site.
- Digital products and codes.
- Items marked or described an non-returnable.
Business & Reseller Returns
For the avoidance of doubt, this Returns & Refund Policy applies only to individual consumers purchasing goods for personal use. If you are purchasing products wholly or mainly for business, trade, re-sale, or professional purposes (“Business/Reseller Customer”), you are not eligible to return items for change of mind, unwanted goods, or for any reason other than where the item is faulty, damaged on delivery, or supplied incorrectly by us. Business/Reseller Customers may only return items in accordance with the faulty goods provisions set out below and must notify us of any such issue within 7 days of receipt. This clause does not affect your statutory rights in relation to faulty goods to the extent such rights cannot be excluded by law.
