Barbet Schroeder directs this American drama starring Mickey Rourke and Faye Dunaway. Alcoholic writer Henry Chinaski (Rourke) meets fellow drinker Wanda Wilcox (Dunaway) in a bar and the two begin a tentative, boozy relationship.
