Jackie Chan stars in this Cantonese-language martial arts action thriller as cynical cop Eddie Chan who is tasked with investigating the kidnapping of a wealthy businessman. To add to his problems, Chan's new partner, Detective Hung (Kent Cheng), is involved in the crime and working against the investigation. The cast also includes Christine Ng and Blackie Ko.
