Dave Gormans (GOOGLEWACK ADVENTURE) on a mission to travel across America completely independent of chain stores chain restaurants... basically anything prefixed with the word chain. Relying solely on Mom & Pop stores for provisions the multi award-winning performer explores the struggle faced by privately-owned businesses to survive in a culture of big brands and faceless corporations. Of course this means foregoing most of the modern conveniences we take for granted such as Starbucks and petrol stations on every corner. But Gorman is determined to find the land of opportunity he dreamed of as a child even if the odds are stacked against him.
