Katie Groshong stars in this low-budget psychological horror written and directed by Chad Crawford Kinkle. When Katie (Groshong) begins working at a care facility for people with Down's syndrome, her past trauma soon comes back to haunt her and begins to affect her work. She fled a cult led by Larry (Larry Fessenden) which has left her scarred and suffering from flashbacks.
