The Doctor is holidaying on planet Dulkis when the self-acclaimed masters of ten galaxies, the Dominators arrive to cause havoc. Supported by their robot servants, the Quarks, The Dominators quickly enslave the peaceful Dulcian inhabitants. However a few determined Dulcian rebels break from their pacifistic ways and join forces with the Doctor to help oust the Dominators before they turn the planet to a mass of radioactive material, which would help to fuel the Dominator’s invasion to Earth.
