Collection of two period dramas following on from the popular television series. Hugh Bonneville, Maggie Smith and Michelle Dockery reprise their roles in 'Downton Abbey' (2019), as news arrives of an impending visit from King George V and Queen Mary (Simon Jones and Geraldine James). The Crawleys and the staff of Downton Abbey must ensure that everyone is on their best behaviour.

Can they keep up appearances long enough to serve the King and Queen with a pleasant stay? In 'Downton Abbey: A New Era' (2022), the Crawley family prepare to welcome the 1930s and embark on a new adventure. When the Dowager Countess (Smith) receives a visit from an old friend, she learns that she has inherited a villa in the South of France. Intrigued by her mysterious past, the family set off on a sun-filled holiday to the newly acquired grand establishment.
