Jamie Lee Curtis and Lindsay Lohan reprise their roles in this comedy sequel set 22 years after the events of 'Freaky Friday' (2003). Anna Coleman (Lohan) is now a music producer and single mother to Harper (Julia Butters), a teenager who frequently clashes with her new classmate Lily Reyes (Sophia Hammons). After Anna meets Lily's father Eric (Manny Jacinto), the two fall in love and soon become engaged, much to the consternation of Harper and Lily.
When history repeats itself and Anna switches bodies with Harper and Lily switches with Anna's mother Tess (Curtis), the two girls hope to take advantage of the situation and sabotage Anna and Eric's relationship. Will they succeed? The cast also includes Mark Harmon and Chad Michael Murray.
