Charlton Heston, Stacy Keach and David Carradine star in this 1970s adventure drama. An off-shore collision with a Norwegian cargo ship causes Captain Paul Blanchard (Heston)'s submarine to lose all power and drift silently to the bottom of the ocean. Led by Captain Don Gates (Carradine), the US Navy mounts a rescue mission, but with air supplies rapidly dwindling, it's going to be a race against time.
