Alejandro Jodorowsky writes and directs this surreal psychological horror which follows a boy who grew up in a circus and is struggling to overcome the memories of his traumatic childhood. Fenix (Adan Jodorowsky/Axel Jodorowsky) witnesses his father cutting off the arms of his mother Concha (Blanca Guerra) before killing himself and he spends years afterwards in an asylum. When he escapes, his hands become his mother's hands and he begins murdering women.

However, when Alma (Sabrina Dennison), his childhood sweetheart, is threatened, he attempts to fight back against his mother's influence.
