Double bill of horrors from directors J. Michael Muro and Ryan Kruger, respectively. In 'Street Trash' (1987), in Brooklyn, New York a bad batch of old wine is being sold to homeless people and causing whoever drinks it to melt.
Police officer Bill (Bill Chepil) is determined to uncover the reason behind the mysterious deaths but first he must contend with sociopathic Vietnam veteran Bronson (Vic Noto) who is using some of the homeless population as his own personal army. Kruger's 2024 remake is set on the streets of a dystopian South Africa where the homeless population are badly mistreated. A group of people living on the streets band together as they fight for survival against a plot to eradicate their population.
