Post-apocalyptic sci-fi action directed by Rachel Talalay. In 2033, after a decade-long drought, Kesslee (Malcolm McDowell) controls Earth's remaining water supply through his Water & Power corporation. However, in the Australian outback, Tank Girl (Lori Petty) fights back and, with the help of Jet Girl (Naomi Watts) and the Rippers, a group of genetically modified human hybrids, she takes on Kesslee and his troops.
