Terra Formars [Blu-ray]

Takashi Miike directs this Japanese sci-fi drama based on the manga of the same name. Set in the year 2599, a group of misfits are sent to Mars where, 500 years previously, scientists began a colonisation project that saw them plant moss to increase the ground's temperature and release cockroaches to spread the moss. When the mission lands on the planet to check the progress of the terraforming, they are greeted by human-sized cockroaches that are the result of accelerated evolution.

The team must work together if they are to stay alive and defeat the man-eating insects.
