The brand-new Deluxe Edition CD of Ring celebrates the 30th anniversary of the breakthrough album by The Connells. The biggest hit from the album was the single "'74–'75", which reached the Top 10 in 11 European countries, peaking at No. 1 in Norway and Sweden. In the UK, "'74-'75" peaked at Number 14 on the UK Singles Chart, which lead to the band touring with Def Leppard. The overnight global success of the album solidified the band as one of the most singular songwriters in the jangle-pop wave of the early ‘90s.
