Fred Ward and Michael Gross star in this comedy horror sequel. When workers at a Mexican oil refinery find an infestation of Graboids, they turn to Earl Bassett (Ward) for help. He recruits his old friend Burt Gummer (Gross) and they begin to hunt the creatures together, aided by Grady Hoover (Christopher Gartin) and scientist Kate Reilly (Helen Shaver).
Unfortunately for them however, the creatures have evolved and are now able to replicate exceptionally quickly, making stopping them an almost impossible task...
